Plaid CTF 2012 – Shoulder Surfing

What’s a password that polaroid head got from inside Ellingson?

A quick google reveals this question refers to the movie “Hackers” (1995). Luckily, someone was kind enough to post the full movie script online, in which we find the following passage explicitly mentioning “shoulder surfing”:

INT. ELLINGSON MINERAL OFFICES.

Nikon poses as a flower delivery boy. He winds his way
through the offices of Ellingson Mineral, "shoulder
surfing", watching the workers entering passwords. His
photographic memory captures everything. The Plague walks
past him, noticing briefly but not making the connection.

After having dug up our copy of Hackers and some seeking action we manage to find the relevant scene, in which we see Nikon shoulder surfing an employee of Ellingson as he/she enters ‘kermit’.
